Android X86 project–pretty cool. Tried some of my apps on their eeepc.iso image, and OMG OMG they kind-of worked!
Tricky bits:
- no mouse! –disable mouse integration in Machine menu
- how do I install my APKs? –follow instructions on their site about setting up NAT & connecting with adb
- portrait mode is rotated by 90 degrees–google “android x86 portrait” and follow instructions
- it’s LiveCD, my stuff disappears after each reboot! They have instructions for installing on disk, but didn’t bother with that yet
